  • How do I apply to AES?

  • What are the eligibility criteria?
    It depends on the program, but typically: For a Master’s or MBA: a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Proof of English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
  • What documents do I need for the application?
    Academic transcripts Statement of Purpose (SOP) Two letters of recommendation English proficiency proof Passport copy
  • Do I need a visa to study in France?
    Yes. AES will support you throughout the French student visa process, including preparing required documents.
  • How long does it take to get a visa?
    Usually 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend applying as soon as you receive your admission letter.
  • Which airport should I fly to?
    Book a flight to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Aulnay-sous-Bois is just 10–15 minutes away by train or taxi.
  • Will AES help me settle in?
    Absolutely. We offer airport pickup assistance, orientation programs, and personalized guidance to help you get started smoothly.
  • Does AES provide student housing?
    While we don’t own on-campus dorms, our team will help you secure affordable nearby housing: Shared apartments Private studios Student residences Homestay options
  • How much does it cost to live in Aulnay?
    On average: €800–€1,200/month (housing, food, transport, phone, etc.).
  • Can I cook my own meals?
    Yes, most residences include shared or private kitchens. Supermarkets and local markets (like Marché d’Aulnay) are nearby.
  • Are there affordable food options?
    Definitely. You’ll find bakeries, cafés, international cuisine, and student-friendly restaurants within walking distance.
  • What is AES’s teaching style?

  • Are all programs taught in English?
    Yes. Our courses are 100% in English to serve a global student body.

  • How can I stay in touch with my child?
    France has excellent internet. Students use WhatsApp, Zoom, and local SIM cards for affordable calls.
  • Is my child safe at AES?

  • Can I visit the campus?
    Yes — we encourage it! Book a campus tour during orientation, or join one of our annual open house events.
  • What support does AES offer for international students?
